Mediocre stay. Some issues noticed

the location was decent and accessible, though the nearby streets were quite busy.
The room's soundproofing was poor. I could clearly hear street noise and noisy neighbors late at night, and a lamp in the room was broken and crooked. the pool area was very crowded, with people reserving sun beds early in the morning, but the bar and restaurant by the pool didn't open until 12:30 pm, so no morning coffee.

I found the staff EXTREMELY helpful. they assisted with bags and organized taxis as needed. the location was convenient with walkway access to the train station. It made travel simple.

totally amazing hotel stay!
metro accessfriendly staffwater pressure
i loved the direct access to the metro, it made getting around so easy. the gym was really well equipped too, with everything i needed for my workouts. the breakfast had lots of options, it was great to have so much choice! also, the staff were so friendly and helpful, i felt really well looked after.
the water pressure was low in my room, it was on a higher floor. it made showering a little difficult, i wish it had been stronger.

Uneven experience. Some positives, some letdowns
direct accesslong waitsreception mistakes
the breakfast had a decent selection and the location was good, with direct access to the sky train station.
waiting for 10-15 minutes is just unacceptable. also, the pool was overcrowded, and it felt more like a kids' club with all the screaming and splashing. the staff at reception made mistake after mistake. I'm not convinced they know what they're doing.

i stayed here for several nights and had excellent experiences. staff members were friendly and professional. bobby helped us quickly upon arrival. claire and the executive floor team were always helpful. the pool area provided a relaxing space to unwind after city exploration. the food and the room met my expectations.
