Mediocre stay. Some issues noticed
poor soundproofing crowded pool
the location was decent and accessible, though the nearby streets were quite busy.
The room's soundproofing was poor. I could clearly hear street noise and noisy neighbors late at night, and a lamp in the room was broken and crooked. the pool area was very crowded, with people reserving sun beds early in the morning, but the bar and restaurant by the pool didn't open until 12:30 pm, so no morning coffee.

totally amazing hotel stay!
metro access friendly staff
i loved the direct access to the metro, it made getting around so easy. the gym was really well equipped too, with everything i needed for my workouts. the breakfast had lots of options, it was great to have so much choice! also, the staff were so friendly and helpful, i felt really well looked after.
the water pressure was low in my room, it was on a higher floor. it made showering a little difficult, i wish it had been stronger.

The breakfast buffet includes a wide variety of options, including asian and continental dishes. I was happy! there is a restaurant on the upper level, and breakfast provided a large amount of alternatives.

The hotel staff is attentive and professional, dedicated to guest satisfaction, and very friendly. a laundry service is available at no cost, and it covers up to three articles of apparel for each guest every night. Wow!

I found the staff genuinely helpful. They promptly assisted with luggage and taxi arrangements. I appreciated the soft mattress and good pillows in my room. The christmas TREE at the entrance looked magical!
The elevators took a while, ESPECIALLY during peak hours. I sometimes waited longer than expected.

lovely executive suite experience!
executive lounge friendly staff
this hotel is excellent! i totally loved having access to the executive lounge, it provided snacks in the evening, breakfast in the morning plus non-alcoholic drinks all day. the staff were always efficient and friendly. they also stored my bag when i needed them to!
i found that there was a bit of a wait for the elevators at times. only four elevators serve many floors so i often had to wait. hopefully, more elevators will be added in the future.

Uneven experience. Some positives, some letdowns
long waits reception mistakes
the breakfast had a decent selection and the location was good, with direct access to the sky train station.
The elevators were a NIGHTMARE!!! waiting for 10-15 minutes is just unacceptable. also, the pool was overcrowded, and it felt more like a kids' club with all the screaming and splashing. the staff at reception made mistake after mistake. I'm not convinced they know what they're doing.

Really good Experience with Attentive Staff
professional staff helpful team relaxing space city exploration
i stayed here for several nights and had excellent experiences. staff members were friendly and professional. bobby helped us quickly upon arrival. claire and the executive floor team were always helpful. the pool area provided a relaxing space to unwind after city exploration. the food and the room met my expectations.
the ac in the elevator did not work well making it a bit uncomfortable at times. this was a very slight inconvenience .
